GALATIANS 5:24
And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
INSIGHTS
Anyone who truly belongs to Jesus Christ has exercised true repentance and has a hatred for his or her own sinful nature and its sinful desires. Though those in Christ still sin, they do not feel comfortable in sinning and do not continually walk in sin. They are in the process of putting their old nature to death, and in principal, they have already done so.
PRAYER
Righteous Father, help me keep the dead and cast-away sin of my past far away from my heart and out of my life. May my life be a holy sacrifice that is pleasing to you. In the name of my Savior, Jesus. Amen.
